- We have been using KIM (Knowledge Information Management) for well over 3 years & our business is now totally KIM based, meaning that our whole sign production/workshop primarily operates through the KIM estimating system. After 20 years of running my own business the only way i knew how (my way) it was time to move forward & some serious changes had to be made. After much deliberation & research we decided to purchase KIM. We now have full control over our materials & labour cost, especially on the quotation side of KIM. Once our quotation has been accepted we can have the quote in full production in under 5 minutes. Those of you that are set in your ways & are looking for an answer, honestly it will be one of the best management decisions you will make.
- I use KIM, and as a small company we had to do something to get on top of our paper work because we were losing money by not been able to keep track of services that each job entailed. Now as we do something on a job or order stock Kim keeps it right in front of my face so that way I can't forget to cost it, so in turn even if it takes me months to get around to invoicing it hasn't been forgot. - We have been using Sydney based KIM Vision for about 3 years and its great. We have also had some custom mods done using meters squared pricing which lets me just measure up and KIM does the rest.... Estimating with KiM software not only gets easier and easier because of the project history but KiM lets me take more than just my large format into account

- We use KiM (Knowledge Information Management) it's been developed and is supported by longstanding sign industry people. KiM not only allows us to estimate but as the name suggests allows us to manage all aspects of quotes, orders and also invoicing which has proved a great help. The process of tracking a quote through to a job and then invoicing can all be kept in the one spot which saves time, time after time. Earlier jobs are able to be duplicated and edited to suit new requirements which means less time spent on administrative tasks and more time to produce. KIM, Knowledge & Information Management. Wouldn't use anything else as it is easy to use and flexible, moves your job from a sales lead to quote and then tracks it right through its production to invoicing. Anything i (or staff) need to know about any work were doing or have done is all there. It Kicks Butt
- KiM - We have used this software for over 5 years now. In my opinion built for sign companies is very well worth it and the service is great. The software can grow and grow as your company does which is the best bit.
- We use the KIM quoting system. We could not work without a networked quoting system, it allows key staff to input, add or change job information at key stages of the admin, sales, pre-production, production and invoicing stages, providing KPI's along the way.
